Agreement and acceptable use
By using this website, you agree to these terms. You may use the site to learn about property-selling options and submit truthful inquiries about properties you own or are authorized to discuss. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or submit false, unlawful, or harmful information.
Property inquiries are informational
Submitting a form or contacting KY House Buyers does not create an agency agreement or a binding contract to purchase your property. Any purchase agreement must be separately agreed to and signed in writing.
Offers are not binding until signed
Any number discussed by phone, text, email, or on this site is an estimate or a proposal, not a commitment. An offer becomes binding only when it is put in a written purchase agreement signed by both you and the buyer, and it may depend on the condition of the property, the title work, and other terms stated in that agreement. You are free to decline, to counter, and to have your own attorney or agent review anything before you sign.
Kentucky properties only
KY House Buyers purchases real property located in the Commonwealth of Kentucky only, with a focus on Hardin and Jefferson counties. Inquiries about properties in other states cannot be accepted.
Independent principal status
When Lavell Jackson purchases a property directly, he acts as a principal buying for his own account. He is not representing the seller as an agent in that direct purchase. A traditional listing through RE/MAX Five Star Properties is a separate brokerage service with its own written agreement and commission.
