I am a licensed Kentucky real estate broker with RE/MAX Five Star Properties. I’m also a retired U.S. Army veteran and I invest in Kentucky real estate. My local experience helps me give homeowners clear choices, whether that means I purchase a property directly for my own account or help them explore a traditional listing.
When I buy directly, I am the buyer—not your agent. If you choose to list, that is a separate brokerage relationship and service. I will explain the difference so you can make an informed decision.

Buying as principal
I purchase for my own account. I am the buyer, not your real estate agent, and there is no direct-sale commission.
Listing as broker
A traditional listing through RE/MAX Five Star Properties is a separate brokerage service and includes a commission.
